So how does all this work?  And how much is my event going to cost?

These are questions we get asked a lot.  But it can be hard to sum up in a sentence or two.  Here are some FAQs to help explain!

What's the process?

Wedding planning can be confusing, but our goal is to have you trust us and our ability to execute your vision, taking the worry off your plate, and making everything as stress-free as possible.

It begins with a personalized consultation to explore your vision, discuss ideas, and guide you through them (this is usually a video call). You’ll then receive a detailed, itemized estimate outlining your floral and décor investment.

Once confirmed we will send our contract and ask for a 25% retainer fee upon signing to lock in your date!  After that, we are available to reach out to with any major changes you see popping up (a venue change, any large aesthetic or scale changes).  Then as your day approaches, we’ll meet one final time - around one month out - to lock in the details. Any final changes must be made 30 days before your event - when the second and final payment is due as well.  After that we’re all set to make your floral dreams come true!  Showtime, baby!

Why isn't there a straight forward answer to the cost?

Event floral pricing can vary greatly depending on your unique wants and needs.  Seasonality, Location and Logistics, Scale, Design Complexity, and Candles and Rentals all add up to a lot of factors that contribute to the overall cost.

What do most people spend?

We tend to see our customers spending anywhere from $2,000 (ex. a local micro-wedding or small party with no strike necessary, no candles etc.) to $20,000 and above for a full service wedding with candles, a ceremony installation, after-ceremony flip, and strike.  Our average customer spends between $5,000 to $20,000 (Again, these prices vary based on so many things!)

How do I get the most out of my budget?

If you love us and our work, give us a little trust!  The best way to get the most out of your budget is to come in with a good idea of what you'd like to spend, have at least an estimate of guest count and table numbers, and a list of your must-haves (for a wedding that may look something like a bridal bouquet, something for tables and something for a ceremony) then let us give you our advice.  We're the experts, and we can suggest the best/most impactful ways to work within your budget, rather than pricing an itemized list of wants that can very quickly go above what you were hoping to spend!  There are lots of creative ways to work flowers into your event at a whole range of price points.
